Steve Ryan - the creator and developer of the Alignment Marketing concept and program - is a versatile writer/creative director with more than 40 years experience in a wide range of industries, both industrial and consumer.
As a creative chameleon, Ryan has worked as a reporter on daily newspapers, edited special interest and trade journals, written CEO speeches, developed public relations and communications programs - for commercial interests and non-profit, written screenplays, broadcast advertising and directed more than 100 major marketing presentations and product roll-outs for some of the largest corporations in America, including Bose, General Electric, Immobiliare, Kodak, Rockwell International, The Boston Globe, The United Way and Xerox.
On the commercial creative side, Ryan wrote and sold the storyline and treatment for the Irish feature film (THE SHANACHIE), developed and wrote the treatment for the PBS docudrama series (THE ISLANDS OF AMERICA), wrote the script for the PBS series pilot (THE GREY LADY), plus developed and wrote the treatments and scripts for a half dozen direct-to-DVD releases, including A CHAMPIONSHIP SEASON for the Boston Red Sox and A HISTORY OF HEROES for The Boston Celtics.
Today, Ryan prefers to work with micro-sized companies and independent professionals through his COFFEE & CREATIVE program. He also continues to develop and write an eclectic collection of creative projects through Ryan Creative Properties and Two Down Press.
Ryan lives just north of Boston in the historic seacoast city of Salem, Massachusetts.
